Ensure you check the type of room you want and its availability first before filling the form. If you are a returning resident, please remember to provide any change in details from your last application, that is if your phone number, address, or next of kin has changed.

Make sure you fill the form completely with full names.

Select if you want to take the whole room or share with people you know. Otherwise, we can fill the other beds in the room for you. If you decide to take the whole room for yourself, you will have to pay for the additional beds. If you are taking a room with friends, the price is per person.

Select the appliance you are bring with you. Please note that appliances are checked, so any appliance you do not declare will not be allowed in Chika House

Once we receive the form, we will reply with information on the allocated room and how much to pay depending on the information provided on the application form.  Please make sure to check you emails regularly for a response. You will need to confirm your application usually by text or Whatsapp before the payment details will be sent to you. Please take note and abide by the deadline for payment which will also be communicated. If you miss the deadline given you will have to reapply and rejoin any queues that are in place. Bookings are only held for a day after the response is sent

 

Once payment is received, we will confirm your payment to you and send you a "Check-in Confirmed" notice. Please note that you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER RESIDENCE if you have not received the "Check-in Confirmed" notice.

 

Arrangements will be made for you to receive your keys on the date you provided for check-in. If that date is no longer applicable please ensure you communicate this to Chika House, so arrangements can be made for you to receive your keys.
