
Ensure you check the type of room you want and its availability first before filling the form. If you are a returning resident, please remember to provide any change in details from your last application, that is if your phone number, address, or next of kin has changed.

Make sure you fill the form completely with full names.
Select the appliance you are bring with you. Please note that appliances are checked at check-in, so any appliance you do not declare will not be allowed in Chika House
Once we receive the form, we will reply with information on the allocated room and how much to pay depending on the information provided on the application form. Please make sure to check your emails regularly for a response, but allow up to 72 hours to get a response. If you have not received a response after 72 hours, please send a WhatsApp message with your name and when you applied to 0279000987.
You will need to use the link provided in the email to fill your license agreement and then proceed to make payment. Please note that all beds are on a "first come first serve" basis. If you do not pay immediately you receive your response, you may miss out on a bed. Please note that if you book and pay for 1 semester, your bed is not guaranteed for the next semester and you may lose the bed if another person pays for it.
Once you have completed payment, send a confirmation of payment with your FULL NAME by WhatsApp to 0279000987.
Once payment is received, we will confirm your bed and send you a "Check-in Confirmed" notice. Please note that you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER RESIDENCE if you have not received the "Check-in Confirmed" notice. Check-in is from Mondays to Fridays, from 10am to 4pm ONLY.
Arrangements will be made for you to receive your keys and have an orientation (if you are a new resident) at check-in.
